Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
1. Warranty & Return Eligibility
- 2-Year Functional Defect Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. All our mirror lights are backed by a 24-month warranty against functional defects. If your product fails to operate as intended during this period, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
- 15-Day Change-of-Mind Return: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any non-defect reason, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Once approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
Before returning any item, you must first contact our after-sales team at after-sales@dilumen.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse address. Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted.
3. Refunds (After Receipt of Return)
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status within a reasonable period.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Shipping & Costs
- Change-of-Mind Returns: For non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost is non-refundable.
- Warranty Returns: If the return is due to a functional defect (covered by the warranty), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your standard return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns. The customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at our designated warehouse.
